Free Shipping
This product will be shipped with a freight carrier. A delivery signature is required for freight shipments and you will need to be present during your delivery time window. For residential deliveries, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date.
If you are purchasing multiple items from different manufacturers, your order will ship from different warehouses and may ship on different days. We will email you all the tracking links associated with your shipment. Upon delivery, if you notice any damage to the box/item you MUST note this on the delivery receipt.

3-4 weeks. The shipping carrier will reach out a few days prior to schedule your delivery.

You can request to cancel your order free of charge within the first 24 hours after your order was submitted. Contact Customer Support within 24 hours by emailing support@casaone.com
You can cancel your order after 24 hours, but fees will be applicable as listed below:
- If your shipment can still be reversed, your order can be canceled but will be subject to a return shipping and restocking fee of 20% of the price of your item.
- If the shipment can no longer be reversed, you will need to refuse the delivery and you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
Once you've submitted your cancelation request, CasaOne will work with the shipping carrier and vendor to cancel your order. You will be notified of the applicable fees as soon as the information is available.
In case your order has already arrived, the cancelation will be treated as a standard return. Please see our Return Policy for details.

Made in Indonesia, this set includes two chairs, one loveseat, and two end tables comprised of a natural rattan. Each seat is fitted with a plush cushion padded with foam and upholstered in smooth fabric for superb comfort. The visually striking backrests feature woven embellishments for excellent back support while convenient armrests provide enhanced comfort. The Jayden will arrive fully assembled and features a nesting table design for easy organization when both tables are not in use. Inspired by exotic craftsmanship, the Jayden living room set is a lovely addition to any space. This is a product of nature and may have variations in areas such as, but not limited to, color, pattern, grain and texture. The hair-like strands of rattan/rattan-fiber are common due to nature of the material.
