Just place an order and write to us at support@casaone.com with links, photographs or any evidence to support your price match claim. CasaOne will verify and confirm the claim within 48 hours after the request has been submitted.

You can request a price match within 14 days after the purchase has been made.

CasaOne is committed to simplifying the shopping experience for its customers. If you find a lower price from an online retailer on an identical, in-stock product, go ahead and place the order on CasaOne, write to us and enjoy the lowest price.
If you find the same product listed on CasaOne.com at a lower price from any online retailer, we will match that price. Please note that it has to be the same product being sold to the same market, and should include the cost of shipping to your address.
- You can request a price match within 14 days after the purchase has been made.
- Please submit links, photographs, or any sort of evidence that supports your claim for a price match. CasaOne will verify and confirm the claim within 48 hours after the request has been submitted.
- CasaOne offers free shipping. The considered lowest cost on the retailer site will be inclusive of the shipping costs levied by them.
- If the evidence submitted cannot be verified, CasaOne may decline the price match request. In such cases, the CasaOne team will reach out to you to explain why the claim cannot be processed.
Exclusions
- Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items.
- If the item is not an identical match (brand name, size, weight, color, quantity and model number).
- Coupon offers, promotional codes, loyalty card and credit card offers.
